The Trouble With Hats

The trouble with hats is
they never fit cats ears
Which always get terribly cold.
They're either to small to fit them in all,
Or too big for cat heads to hold!

And problems arise when
They make them from mice then
The cats can't control their own paws!
They attack their own head piece,
And make bloody mischeif
When their hat is stone dead on the floor!

And as for hats, it's not just with cats that
The problems continue to show.
A cap on a tree will hardly still be
For with hats, small saplings outgrow!

A birch tree is after a black balaclava,
Since it's deer stalker is sadly no more,
The birch is still wanting a warm woollen coating,
For winters can be rather raw!

So hats aren't the best for,
Preventing nose, cold and chest sore,
If their wearer is unable to wear!
So may I suggest scarf, gloves, coat and a vest,
To make up for inadequate headwear.
